Death Valley 2023 Workshops Wrap Up
Death Valley is simply amazing. It holds the record for being the hottest, driest and lowest place in North America. As a landscape photographer, Death Valley National Park offers an abundance of adventures and photographic opportunities. From vast salt flats to towering sand dunes to colorful canyons and rugged mountains, Death Valley's diverse landscapes make it a haven for landscape photography. The park also features iconic locations such as Badwater Basin, the lowest point in North America, and the famous Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes, which is an incredible spot to capture stunning sunrise and sunset shots.
Additionally, the park is home to unique geological formations such as the Devil's Golf Course and the Artist's Palette, which offer creative opportunities for capturing abstract compositions. With its vast and varied landscape, Death Valley National Park is a must-visit destination for any landscape photographer looking for an adventure.
We just wrapped our 2023 Workshop and let me tell you it was all kinds of special. Crazy weather, lots of rain, multiple power outages. But we had an excellent crew and the landscape did not disappoint. Here are a few of our images.
